Chef Basket Review
If you’re looking for a Chef Basket review then you have come to the right site. I did a lot of research online into this when I was buying one for my kitchen.
Below I’ve provided all the details you need to know about the chef basket so that it can help you decide if you want to buy one for your needs or as a gift for someone you know.
If you’re in a hurry, and don’t want to read the whole chef basket review, and want to know where the best place to buy is, then you’ll find the official website has the lowest price and special bonus.
In fact it’s not easy to find these baskets in local stores, because they tend not to stock them, so shopping online is usually the best way.

Chef Basket Review
If you’re like me, the main reasons you’re looking for the chef basket is for convenience and to save cupboard space in the kitchen. It stores nice and flat, and will expand instantly with a quick shake. It makes kitchen work quick and easy and the great thing is that it is also dishwasher safe.
I haven’t used the Chef Basket for all 12 uses as the official site claims you can, but I’ve used it to deep fry foods with ease, boiling, steaming, rinsing and straining. With the handles being able to flip down, it makes it much more easier to place your food in a bowl or onto a plate without getting burnt.

Evidence is Key
Its all well and good for me to state in this chef basket review how much I enjoy using it, however I think it is better to show the evidence.
I enjoy cooking different pastas and as you can see, all you simply have to do is place your desired pasta in the chef basket.
Please note that if you are wanting to cook a thin pasta, this may be a problem as the spagetti could easliy slip through the holes of the basket.
This is the only negative view I have about the basket. However, there are so many varieties of pasta to use that you will enjoy the ease of using it.
Just lower the basket into the pot and cook the pasta until done.
Even when hot water or oil is rapidly boiling in the pot, the specially designed handles stay cool to the touch.
Once the pasta is ready, all you have to do is raise the chef basket out of the pot and place the pasta into a serving bowl.
You don’t have to worry about carrying a pot of hot water and having to pour it into a colender. This makes life a lot easier.
Custome Feedback
Below are some snippets of reviews I came across when researching the Chef Basket online:
“I’m 42 years old and this item has been in my mother’s kitchen all my life. In fact, it still is, in her cabinet under the colanders. We used it as a lettuce dryer when I was a kid. Wash the lettuce, load up the strainer, take it outside and swing it around until the water flew off! I loved that. “
“The chef basket would come in handy for hard-boiling all of those white eggs for Easter! It does look handy and easy to use!”
“This looks very easy to use. I’ve seen commericials and saw them in stores. I make a lot of pasta and raviolli so this could be useful.”
Summary
At the end of the day, I don’t see why you shouldn’t own a chefbasket, they are cheap, compact, reliable and should last for years and years. And now that they are doing Buy One Get One at the official website, you can use both, or give away the extra one as a gift. It’s a no brainer if you ask me! I hope my chef basket review was of some help to you in deciding if this neat gadget is for you. Happy cooking!
